About the role

As a Sustainability Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for providing proactive and effective project management of key sustainability workstreams and driving forward momentum on cross-cutting operational initiatives, large and small. Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting third-party environmental reporting activities through frameworks such as CDP, SBTi, and others
  • Providing proactive and effective project management of key operational sustainability workstreams
  • Collaborating with key business departments to support sustainability initiatives in alignment with the firm’s Science-Based Targets and environmental goals
  • Engaging with procurement and other business teams to deploy and operationalize vendor greenhouse gas reduction programs 
  • Managing client inquiries regarding the firm’s environmental sustainability program and progress

 

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

 

  • Demonstrate experience with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard
  • Have a passion for environmental sustainability
  • Display knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Tableau is a plus 

 

And have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or relevant work experience in related field
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience

 

Compensation & Benefits

Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
