Product Manager Solvents Sustainability

Milwaukee, WI

Your Role:

As a Product Manager Solvents Sustainability in Milwaukee, WI, you will be a vital role in our Analytical Chemistry & Solvents team with a focus on sustainable solutions for solvents. You will help develop and implement portfolio sustainability strategies for business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on sustainable solutions for portfolio including new products development, sourcing and packaging
  • Identify sustainable trends in the industry and have complete understanding of market from producers of sustainable products to customer expectations including documentation needs and pain points
  • Tracking the environmental impact of products and understanding of life-cycle assessment
  • Create and conduct global training for commercial teams, web content to aid customer buying decision, valuable product literature content, etc.
  • Analyze competitive portfolio sustainability activities and market dynamics
  • Lead cross-functionally to ensure success through productive teamwork (R&D, Procurement, Production, Packaging, Engineering, Quality Control, etc.)

 

Travel domestically / internationally, approximately 20%

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business
  • 5+ years of experience with product management, research, commercial sales, operations, or any combination

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability
  • 3+ years of experience in sustainability, products development, or material sourcing
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sustainability initiatives Self-starting strategic minded
  • Demonstrated leadership and achievement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of independence
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation and written skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing campaigns
  • Ability to influence in a complex organization
  • Ability to analyze market, portfolio, and sales data
