Consultant: ESG Advisory and Disclosure

Remote

Are you passionate about making the world a better place? About helping companies to understand and respond to stakeholders’ needs, improve performance, and create long-term value? Do you want to work with committed, thoughtful, and creative team members in a collaborative and supportive work environment? Then FrameworkESG is the place for you.

FrameworkESG is a specialty consulting firm that helps clients align their thinking, strategies, and operations with evolving environmental, social, and market realities. We’re motivated by a vision to help clients, to help them solve some of their—and society’s—thorniest problems, to deliver an exceptional experience, and to work side-by-side to expand our collective impact.

During our nearly two decades in business, we have built a curious and collaborative culture that enables us to bring our best thinking to our clients and, in turn, help our clients exceed their stakeholders’ expectations for performance. We are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and reward collaborative dedication, responsiveness, and initiative.

We share an ethos of client service built on relationships that evolve into partnerships. We deliver for clients by listening carefully, thinking deeply, and speaking candidly. We seek to bring a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives that deliver smarter insights, and we are supportive of and accountable to one another.

Working at Framework

We are guided by our values: Relationships rule. Learn every day. Take initiative. Be nimble. We seek mutual understanding and value collaboration, communication, and learning. We are intentional about creating a positive team and exceptional client experiences. We celebrate wins big and little. And while the pandemic has transformed how people around the world work, it has only reaffirmed and reinforced our commitment to nurture a supportive work culture. In response to the pandemic, we tested and deployed new systems that foster collaboration, boost learning, and ease sharing. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team of dedicated, passionate professionals.

We are a distributed team, and we have “hubs” in cities around the United States, including Seattle, Denver, and the New York Metro area. We work from our homes or in coworking spaces. To stay connected while working from home, we often host virtual socials and games; and provide stipends to support comfort and productivity in home-office environments. Post pandemic, we expect many of these changes to endure. If anything, the experience has deepened our understanding of the vital links between work, play, creativity, and overall wellness.

We offer a competitive compensation and bonus package commensurate with relevant experience; abundant PTO; healthcare and retirement plans; 401(k) match and profit sharing; flexible work location and schedule; ample opportunities for professional development; and stipends for a home office and professional development.
