CLEAResult is currently seeking a self-motivated, high energy, Trade Ally Supervisor to manage partnerships with CLEAResult’s energy efficiency program trade allies. This person is responsible for performing outreach, developing strong relationships, training and otherwise supporting participating contractors with processes and procedures to increase program participation and maintain participant satisfaction.
This position requires technical understanding and strong interpersonal abilities, organizational skills to ensure timely task completion, and the ability to provide direct contractor support through phone contact, emails, on-site visits, and workshops. Working directly with the Program Manager and program team, this person will assist with identifying and developing solutions to gain efficiencies and insight for the program while ensuring the effective delivery of specified operations.
Recruit, train and develop relationships with trade allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.
Provide assistance to increase program participation and ensure compliance through correspondence, data collection and tracking.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the trade ally network; market research; accumulate data on businesses; identify key allies to be recruited to the program.
Analyze trade ally performance through customer feedback, program team feedback, QA/QC data, and other resources; Identify improvement barriers and communicate critical information to the Program Manager.
Provide mentoring opportunities that include but are not limited to sales, measure installation, business operations, marketing, and program participation; Facilitate other peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
Assist with the development and implementation of training materials for variety of existing systems and systems in development,
Work with Program team to develop, maintain and execute on rigorous quality control procedures to ensure proper installation of energy efficiency measures.
Manage scheduling, implementation, and performance of field QA/QC visits in order to meet program goals.
Integrate program offerings into trade ally operations to improve overall service and trade ally / client satisfaction.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress toward goals.
Effectively communicate, coordinate and collaborate with the program team to improve services and provide excellent trade ally and customer experience.
Maintain current program knowledge including features and benefits of current program(s), program documents and requirements, and trade ally facing tools and resources.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5-8 years of work experience or combination of training, education, and work experience in a related field.
Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst or similar certification preferred.
Proficiency in computing and expertise with or ability to quickly learn a variety of web-based software tools including email, file management, and data management applications.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with multiple competing priorities.
