Senior Account Executive- CSR Posted Feb 15

This position will be part of a VOX team supporting Fortune 500 companies in developing Environment Social and Governance (ESG) reporting strategy and materials. Tasks include project management, ESG report writing, ESG data management, framework alignment (Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate Related Finance Disclosures (TCFD) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and others), and completion of ESG surveys, ratings and rankings, including CDP and the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). This individual must have excellent attention to detail, and strong writing and project management skills. A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player and possess mature interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have broader ESG/ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program experience, as well as issue expertise in environmental and social topics.

-2-4 years of experience in ESG reporting, communications and CSR program work in a corporate or agency environment. Similar skills in financial reporting will also be considered.
-Experience working with ESG reporting frameworks and surveys, such as GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP and DJSI.
-Relentless attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong project management skills.
-Proven ability to develop and edit high quality written materials, including reports, talking points, briefing papers, bylines and analytical pieces.
-Ability to illustrate a results-focused approach and committed to going the extra mile for clients and teammates.
-Excellent writing and editing skills that reflect 1) an ability to clarify and simplify complicated issues and diverse subject matter, and 2) versatility in tone and technique depending on the author and/or audience.
-Interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment, negotiate approvals diplomatically, and maintain composure and production quality under constant deadline pressure.
-Experience interfacing directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.
-Preferred candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
