About the Role

W&P is seeking a highly creative and self-motivated Marketing Associate to assist in developing and executing campaigns across all marketing channels. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for implementing W&P’s brand strategy and will contribute to concepting and ideating on new opportunities for brand storytelling. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a hard-working, creative person, to work on developing marketing strategy and tactics at an innovative, design-forward brand.

This is a full time role based in New York City and will report to W&P’s Director of Marketing.


Manage our social media calendar, inclusive of planning and posting daily content in line with the annual marketing calendar, engaging with our community and influencer partners, and replying to consumer questions and partnership inquiries

Management of influencer and brand advocate relationships, including overseeing product gifting, content creation, UGC catalogue, and performance tracking

Analytics reporting on social media performance and strategies for growing followers and engagement rate

Build and test email campaigns, working with our in-house Design Team to develop creative assets

Assist in styling and managing photo/video shoots with in-house Visual Media team to build marketing campaigns across social, email, websites, and paid advertising

Optimize e-commerce website experience, maintaining current product assortment, messaging, imagery across B2C & B2B sites and executing creative updates for new marketing campaigns

Assist brand partnership activations including evaluating inbound partnership requests, partnership outreach, and ideating ways to bring partnerships to life

Assist PR and media initiatives including events attendance and trade show representation

Execute small-scale marketing and administrative needs for the Marketing team

About You

2-3 years of professional experience in marketing and/or content development

Excellent writing and copy-editing skills with great attention to detail and grasp of brand voice

Strong creative eye and knowledge of how to identify and create on-brand assets and materials

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with an ability to think creatively about how to leverage each platform for effective storytelling moments

Experience working cross-functionally with other teams (design, photo, web) to build marketing campaigns

Effective problem-solver, well-versed in conversing with tact, grace and empathy when managing relationships with customers and brand partners

Awareness of channel specificity and able to move from the creative side of marketing to analytical thinking

Exceptionally organized and process driven

Interest in the food, beverage and wellness industries with a pulse on emerging trends

Eagerness to learn and grow across all marketing disciplines

*This role will begin working remotely and move onsite when our office reopens.
