FRAMEWORK ANNOUNCES 2021 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOCUSED ON DIVERSIFYING THE TALENT POOL FOR ESG/SUSTAINABILITY
Stamford, Connecticut, January 7, 2021: FrameworkESG is pleased to announce the creation of a new internship program for students in their third or fourth year of undergraduate study or in graduate programs across a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. We encourage all individuals who are interested in learning more about how we can, together, work with businesses to create a more inclusive, regenerative, and equitable society.
We’ve created this internship program in an effort to address the lack of diversity among the growing group of professionals who focus on addressing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. These efforts are known also as sustainability, corporate responsibility, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and corporate citizenship. Increasingly, the issues of greatest concern to people across the societal spectrum are climate change and environmental impacts, diversity and inclusion, economic equality, and human rights. Our work involves helping business leaders to understand and address those concerns in ways that create value for all. A more diverse and inclusive cohort of ESG professionals can help to accelerate progress on all of these issues in business and in society at large. In creating this internship, we want to do our part to introduce more young professionals with a range of backgrounds and perspectives to the opportunities to contribute to addressing some of the most pressing issues of our time. At the same time, we want to build for our own firm a diverse and talented pipeline of future analysts and consultants.
Please see below for the position description.
