Centric Brands Global Compliance manages the company's compliance with a variety of internal and external requirements. Global Compliance mitigates legal and reputational risk to Centric Brands and its business partners through:

Administration of Centric Brands, licensor, and customer social and environmental compliance programs;
- Execution of state and federal regulatory compliance requirements; and
- Consultation with Centric Brands business units on evolving industry risks and response.

In collaboration with various stakeholders, the Analyst develops, documents, and manages implementation of Global Compliance policies and processes across Centric Brands business units, third-party service providers, and the production supply chain. The Analyst is the primary administrator of the compliance database and associated user training. The Analyst also develops Global Compliance program-related performance indicators and coordinates company responses to external requests for disclosure of compliance information.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead development, documentation, and deployment of standard operating procedures related to Centric Brands, customer, and licensor social and environmental compliance programs
- Advise Global Compliance leadership on policy development and lead documentation and deployment of Global Compliance policies related to Centric Brands, customer, and licensor compliance programs
- Coordinate scheduling of compliance assessments with third-party service providers
- Serve as liaison between Global Compliance and third-party service providers for routine operations
- Serve as primary Global Compliance contact for supplier on-boarding and maintenance, database use, and user training
- Develop and deploy program-related reporting methodologies and tools
- Similar projects and duties, as required

Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a large, multinational organization
- Substantial experience with process design, documentation, and implementation in a corporate setting
- Demonstrated experience with database management, data analysis, and visual representation of data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including in a training capacity
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the social and environmental compliance, social responsibility, or sustainability fields preferred
