The post holder will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for finance and administration matters throughout the three U.S. offices. It is also hoped that they will make a contribution to the general business strategy. Success in this role is defined as being able to track the company’s financial and administration effectiveness and to implement good financial reporting including project financial performance.
The post holder will be expected to oversee and report on the financial performance of the company to ensure continued profitability. This will require an understanding of the overall finance process, including external and internal financial reporting, general tax matters, cost control, project financial performance and may also include management of our HR processes. The post holder will also be required to understand and advise on risk as it applies to the general wellbeing of the business.
The U.S. business is part of a group of Atelier Ten companies and as such is involved in international intercompany activities, the incumbent will be expected to liaise with their finance and operations colleagues in other offices to ensure that our finance and administration reporting is within the international governance standards. We recently grew to a medium sized business with a staff of approximately 65.

Experience required: 7 - 10 years in a post related to finance and business administration in the A/E and/or professional services industry.
Education: Degree and post graduate professional finance qualification or relevant Masters Degree .
