The best candidate has a demonstrated enthusiasm for environmental stewardship and is able to capture the vision of our firm. Your duties will include administration work and receptionist duties such as: answering phones; receiving and date-stamping mail, packages and drawings; ordering messengers; maintaining the firm’s contacts database and assisting with mailings. You will also support our communications team which includes: maintaining our project and media archive, completing various research tasks, and assisting with proposal and award submissions. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required and a familiarity with the Adobe suite is a plus. We are looking for someone who is bright and personable as well as highly organized and professional. The ideal candidate will be willing to take initiative and expand the responsibilities of the position. There is room for growth for the right person.
