As our Customer Success Manager you will:
Manage client relationships post-sale to ensure successful execution of event, online, webcast, content and research sponsorships and advertising opportunities
Manage sales operations, including but not limited to
* Tracking all contract deliverables, campaigns and inventory availability
* Salesforce administration duties including management of product catalogue, create custom views, reports for sales reps as end users
* Liaise with finance for billing and collections
* Create monthly sales forecasting reports in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer and finance
Manage all event sponsorship deliverables
Manage production and delivery of advertising and sponsorship opportunities, including webcasts, sponsored content, lead generation opportunities and online advertising campaigns
* Collaborate with sponsors, moderators and freelance writers to develop webcast and sponsored content
* Manage audience development for webcasts and lead generation including leveraging the Marketo platform
* Provide follow-up reports and leads
Leverage additional systems and technology platforms including internal web content management system, DoubleClick for Publishers, On24 as needed
Provide excellent customer service
Assist Sales team during the sales process, as needed
Create and analyze reports for all campaigns to ensure 100% delivery and best performance
Additional tasks as necessary
Our ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You love working with clients to understand their marketing goals and consistently meet or exceed them. You are creative, well organized, able to multi-task and take direction from multiple people. You should be a resourceful, self-starter who is eager to learn and get stuff done. You should have experience in customer service and/or sales operations. Experience with Salesforce.com, Marketo, web CMS systems and DoubleClick for Publishers a plus.
