Job brief
We are looking for a freelance Trainer to organize and deliver an in person Certified Impact Analyst (CIA) training in an engaging and exciting manner to groups of participants. Webinar version can be found here: https://event.webinarjam.com/register/4/1n9o9tk
Our ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability, has exceptional oral and written communication skills, and is able to identify, develop, review and edit engaging environmental and social impact reports and relate these to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). You should be able to work with different types of content for various audiences

Main Duties:
● Coordinating the venue and participants for the Certified Impact Analyst Training (CIA).
● Liaising and partnering with stakeholders to ensure best possible delivery of the CIA.
● Delivering our CIA, faithfully following the principles and materials provided.

Requirements:
● Passion for sustainability, the SDGs and impact, willingness to change the world for the better.
● Understanding of the financial sector and publicly listed companies.
● Degree in business sustainability, environmental sciences, environmental management, engineering or any other topic related to sustainability and the SDGs.
● Effective in person presentation skills (in English).
● Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally during presentations and in writing , experience in training or relevant position.
● Willing to research latest trends in sustainability: new technologies, guidelines, regulations and best practices
● Well respected professional in their field.
