BrightAction is a B2B SaaS employee engagement platform that makes it simple, easy and fun for employees to discover their current footprint, learn about solutions and take affordable actions. Our advanced calculator provides robust impact metrics and gamifies participation with goals, levels and team competitions and we connect users to share and support each other in taking action. Our platform provides companies custom branding and engagement tools to drive participation and make an impact on climate change. We’ve raised a seed round and acquired key customers.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Executive to lead Mid-Market B2B sales for our platform. As our first sales hire, you will roll up your sleeves and help build the pipeline and sales process. As the company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to help build the sales team.

What you will be doing:
Develop relationships with executives and corporate sustainability/CSR leaders to build pipeline and close mid-market and channel partners deals
Work with founding team to develop our sales strategy
Collaborate with the Account team (contracts, billing, customer success) to create successful onboarding experiences
Champion your customers with internal teams to advise product and customer success
Represent BrightAction at key climate and sustainability events and conferences
Opportunity to help hire, train and build our sales team

Proven track record of sales success, preferably with a Mid-Market SaaS product
Experience in a startup environment, building sales strategy and pipeline
Passion for the mission of advancing climate solutions
Understanding of the corporate Sustainability, Employee Engagement or CSR markets preferred
Experience with HubSpot CRM
Occasional travel and ability to work from home/remote

Full-time position with a base salary, commission, benefits and stock options. This position is remote, open to any U.S. location.
