Global Organics, based in Arlington, MA, is at the forefront of the rapidly expanding worldwide market for organic food. We currently promote and distribute organic products for those very same projects; including certified organic sugar cane products, organic chocolate / cocoa products, coconut, fruits and nuts, juice concentrates and others.

Your Position- Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager
Due to our continued growth we are seeking a motivated, high energy individual to become the next member of our esteemed sales team. If you possess a strong sales aptitude and are assertive and persistent to the close then this could be the breakthrough career opportunity you are looking for! You will work out of our Arlington, MA corporate office and be responsible for developing new business from provided leads as well as maintaining existing business. Periodic travel and client visits are required. If you thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess the skills and drive for success then please read on!

What You’ll Do
• Initiate communication with qualified leads and respond to incoming inquiries
• Proactively manage and prioritize sales leads to determine potential value to Company
• Develop new business by identifying new customers, channels or products
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospect through to the close
• Educate existing customers on new product offerings
• Utilize CRM to update and maintain client records

What You Need to Apply
• 1-2 years inside sales, sales support or account management experience and a strong desire to learn.
• Motivated, competitive self starter who is creative, strategic and able to demonstrate a high degree of independent thinking.
• A thorough understanding of the key components of selling success.
• A strong communicator with excellent networking skills and the ability to interview a client or potential client to assess an opportunity.
• A strong belief in ones self and his/her ability to tactfully overcome obstacles/objections.
• Natural/Organic Food Industry experience preferred
• Solid MSOffice, CRM skills (MAC a plus)
• BS/BA preferred.
